There's no better way to prepare for your weekend than by spending an hour with Los Borrachos Grande on The Friday Shot Day Show. It's just four guys sitting around, shooting the breeze, drinking some beer, sampling some new liquors and flipping each other some crap. After a long week at work, this show will get you ready for the weekend!

We are a group of people that have a great deal of experience with sports bars. Some as employees or employers, some as patrons, most as both. There are a couple of us who are sports bar wannabes, you know who you are, but for the most part we have been involved in this business from all sides. In the fall of 2005 several of us were in a Las Vegas sportsbook watching several professional football games at one time. In the sportsbook there were small pockets of fans representing several teams. It was then that one of the more alert members of our group posed a question. "How would you know where to go to watch your favorite team if you were in say Tulsa for a couple of days?" In the spring of 2006 we started compiling what we feel is the most extensive listing of sports bars and pubs in the country. Our goal is to list every viable establishment in the country and to expand even more so internationally. Our listing is broken down by state then city, by pro sports teams represented, and by college teams represented. We have even denoted which sports bars have darts or billiards, which show soccer on tv or are brewpubs, and even those located in bowling alleys. Once we finished the listing, which is never finished by the way, we put our heads together over an adult beverage or five and thought of how we could make our sports bar experiences even better. And for those of us who profit from these establishments, how we could afford more Las Vegas excursions. We soon realized that holding an event locally may generate some interest and income from our local patrons, but a national event would allow for greater promotion, greater involvement, and since expense would be distributed amongst more establishments there would be greater profits. So the next phase is to design events that are free to the patrons, low cost or free to the establishments, wide reaching and exciting.
