Erik Sowers - aka DJ Anomaly has quickly become one of the most recognized DJs in the Denver area club scene. With bass heavy tracks, seamless mixing and an undeniable energy behind the decks, his style and persona set him apart from the traditional artists of his genre. His passion and love for the music and his audience can be heard with every track. Anomaly first learned how to DJ back in 2004 by watching other DJs perform and by spending many hours practicing, recording and listening to his own mixes. In late 2007, he landed a weekly Friday night residency at The Funky Buddha Bar and Lounge - one of Denver''s famed SoCo Nightlife group of bars and clubs. This residency continued for two years and it was during this time that he truly began to explore and better understand the creative possibilities of being a DJ. Since then, Anomaly has appeared and headlined at some of Denver''s biggest nightclubs including The Church and Club Vinyl. He has recently begun working on producing his own tracks and hopes to someday be looked upon not only as a talented DJ, but also a producer of quality electronic dance music. Original artist tracks coming soon...
