With the practice of specific exercises paired with very focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself to be quite valuable as a form of physical fitness as well as an important addition to sports training and all kinds of physical rehabilitation. Diane studied at Body Arts and Science International, training with the internationally recognized founder, Rael Isacowitz. Through her training with Mr. Isacowitz Diane developed an exacting eye and an in-depth understanding of the various aspects of the Pilates method.
