    Uniquely amusing!

AOMS is a rare gem among the dreck out there. Not only that, but it's also one of the very few podcasts which not only encourages listener participation but relies almost exclusively on it. Trust me on this one. I'm right now holding up my hands to make the sign of The Placid Albino Platypus of Honesty. So you *know* I'm not lying. You will not regret giving this show a try.

Turning Winds Academic Institute.  Episode 1.Transcript of Audio:Welcome to Turning Winds Academic Institute.  My name is Owen Baisden, Vice President of Operations of the school.  Thank you for taking the time to listen to our podcast program.Turning Winds Academic Institute is a therapeutic boarding school for at-risk teens, ages 12 to 18.  We offer programs for both boys and girls who have a history of substance abuse, behavioral disorders, defiance toward parents & adults, depression, negative peer influences, and other related issues. We are located on a beautiful tract of land in northwestern Montana and have enrollment capacity for up to 40 students.  Our small and secluded location allows for a distraction-free environment and gives an intensive focus on each child.  This ensures no students will slip through the cracks. Our school is accredited by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools and the National Independent Private Schools Association. We take a unique approach to placing teens on the road to recovery and currently implement a three-step program, which includes orientation, transition, and aftercare.  All three phases are very important, because they ensure students are not rushed in and out of our program, which averages about 12 months per child. We value each one of our students and our goal is for complete recovery without any relapses of negative behaviors or choices. We invite you to check back to this program in the near future.  We will be providing frequent updates, student and parent testimonials, school announcements, and other information to help you make an informed decision for your child. If you would like to learn more about our school, you may visit our website at www.turningwinds.com You call also call our toll free number at 1-800-845-1380.We appreciate you taking the time to listen, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
