Dear Eric, Mark and John, I would like to know if any attorney has taken a case to the supreme court defending a client that needs the estate money required by the US Government and State Government at the death of a loved one? If not, is it worth the time and effort for someone to try to obtain a refund of much needed money be returned with interest from the Federal and State Government that was paid out in estate taxes at the death of a loved one? I could really use the money I had to pay out in estate taxes at the death of my loved one. Also, what is the world cup? Thanks for what you three men are doing in giving your knowledge and insight to serious and not so serious issues.
