Over six summers ago Los Angeles lost one of it's Hip Hop pioneers. "DJ Dusk", a legend even before his time. Our team of Hip Hoppers are here at the Maravista Youth Center for the 6th annual "Sights and Sounds of DJ Dusk", a non profit show that features Aztec Dancers, the bands, Conundrum & Infedel, DJ Mona Lisa, Hustle Bunny Koko, Queen Cadilac, & our highlight Zulu Chapter leader, King Last Man of the Kalafia Zuluz.Our show is about the youth, how to keep them inspired and keep it fresh. It's dangerous in these streets and we'll need more warriors soon, sent from the Sun, Stars, & the Moon. The final chapter in the Captains Log of our dedication to a great legend, Kase 2. The Hipstep Lounge Show remembers him on Time Travel Tuesday as our new voices chime in, Lulu "Meow", Tick Tac, Asia One, Cr8, Phade, plus our guests DJ Lyfe and Kwaku. Kase 2 the legendary leader will be forever memorialized not only in a mural but in our hearts, minds & souls. Thank you Legendary King Kase 2, RIP.
