Improvised rock from Detroit
The Saturday Night Jam is a weekly show by the independent band Fuze showcasing the band's unique approach to improvised music. This music is not polished into the dirt smooth jazz or even written out songs, but rather a spontaneous creation based on the interactions between the musicians. This allows for some really unique and wonderful sounds to emerge, but sometimes the listener must be patient to let the songs develop. Leaning more towards the rock side, the band also pulls from jazz, blues, funk and many other sources to create this high energy instrumental music. Check it out . . .
