    Fun TV/Film Podcast

I look forward to this coming out each week, the guys tend to epicly disagree on most movies leading to a pretty deep dissection of why they each think the other is wrong! On the TV side they are very current on new TV coming out and have steered me to a number of TV shows I might otherwise have missed. They each have a segment within the show that breaks up the podcast nicely, all in all its a great show - only complaint is each episode is usually only an hour, they could easily go longer.

    Great Chemistry

Really fun to listen to; the varying hosts have a very good chemistry/rapport, and their interactions are genuinely fun to listen to. The episodes I've listened to have been well structured, and the host has a great grasp of how to keep things moving. I'd check it out if I were you. Audio quality varies due to the teleconference-y recording (which is more than excusable); all the same, a perfectly enjoyable podcast.

A terrific UFO interview, w/ feeling

I sense something heart felt, almost too real, and a suffering. Absorbing & only the 2nd UFO case I can say I truly believe in really Tina

Ever watch a historical movie and wonder "what the heck are they wearing?" We've studied the real clothing, and we love to pick apart Hollywood's idea of historical costume. But it's not just about history, it's also about symbolism, style, and more. Join us in the theater to talk about fabulous films, fantastic costumes, and what it all means.

Fabulous 18th century costumes plus bad casting makes 'The Affair of the Necklace' (2001) a contradictory endeavor. Listen as we analyze the costumes, praise Adrien Brody's towel, and ramble on about historical underwear.

Regency England gets an Indian flair in this adaption of William Makepeace Thackeray's novel. But this isn't just another Bollywood-ization -- the Indian themes are carefully woven into the story and visual effects. This could be the anti-Austen with nary a dull muslin gown in sight.

Instead of watching a movie, we quiz a live, studio audience about costume trivia! Tune into the gang at Costume-Con 26, where we boldly went where no historical cosutmers had podcasted before. NPR fans, frequent eBayers, and Showtime snarkers may get a giggle out of this episode.

Ah, the great clash of history versus historical fiction! A best-selling book that toys liberally with the facts of Henry VIII and the two Boleyn sisters gets blown up on the big screen. Is it even more historically inaccurate than the novel? Does it matter? You may be surprised at what we think...
