Segment from the Interview: We cannot complain about parents telling their kids to wait for true love, but the problem is that the younger generation looks around them at marriages and they think, Is this what I am waiting for? This is not something worth waiting for. It is one of the bigger issues that the younger generation is dealing with. We are not giving them something that is worth waiting for; we are not giving them a vision. We tell them to abstain, but we do not tell them what we are abstaining for. What is the benefit?

Segment from the Interview: In the book we quote some of the newspapers in 1796, calling for Washingtons death. Literally wishing he would die, referring to him as a tyrant. Washington endured scandalous press coverage from his opponents. The fact is, James Madison in the Federalist, wrote about what he called the role of factions. We would call them political parties. Madison and most of the other founders agreed that these factions were necessary, you needed competition among groups and parties

Segment from the Interview: I believe the solution lies not in creating a greater Iraq, which might end up as part of a greater Iran or a greater Persia, but in partitioning Iraq, the way Germany was partitioned after World War II. The northern sector would go to the Kurds, and so forth. Only by partitioning Iraq and leaving only a center core called Iraq can we hope to contain the Islamofascists who are using that area as though they own it.
