What is a podcast?A podcast is an audio file, usually recorded in MP3 format that is made available for download to your MP3 player such as an Apple iPod. The content is normally a radio show with a host, but can contain any type of content that one can record.
What is myPODFEED?myPODFEED gives you the ability to create a single custom feed of all the podcasts you're interested in. You can learn more by visiting: http://www.podfeed.net/mypodfeed_desc.asp. Members can choose to allow other users to browse and subscribe to their custom feeds as well.
How do I listen to a podcast?Browse our podcast directory to find podcasts that appeal to you. Once you have found a podcast you want to listen to, you can listen to the podcast by streaming it online via our podfeed.net player, download the audio file via our site to your computer or by subscribing to it’s RSS feed using podcast software.

I’ve got a podcast, and I want to add it to your podcast directory, how do I do that?Fill out our Add a Podcast form. Our staff will review your submission (we'll validate the feed and make sure your show is not already listed). Once approved, we will add it to our podcast directory, and send you an email letting you know it’s live for the world to see.
How do I update my podcast?It's easy to make changes to your podcast. First, make sure you've created a member account and login here:

Go to your podcast details page, and click on the red link that says "Is this your podcast? Claim It!".
Once logged in you can go to the manage account page:
http://www.podfeed.net/myaccount.asp
From here you can scroll down to the Manage Podcasts section - where you can updated and edit your podcasts.
The podfeed.net player streams audio via the Flash plugin. There is a flaw in the Flash plugin in which content recorded at certain bit rates will play at an increased or decreased speed. We have found that content recorded at 80kbs or higher
