After months of boardroom firings it all came down to Penn Jillette and Trace Adkins to be hired as the All-Star Celebrity Apprentice.  Rob Cesternino is joined by Ryan Pappolla to discuss Donald Trump's decision to hire Trace Adkins as the winner of Celebrity Apprentice. Rob and Ryan felt like Penn played a perfect game and Donald Trump held a grudge against Penn for <a href="http://www.salon.com/2012/11/17/penn_jillettes_secrets_of_celebrity_apprentice_donald_trump_is_a_whackjob/" target="_blank">controversial comments that he made about Donald Trump</a> in his book.  Otherwise, Penn played a perfect game this season and gave Doanld Trump no reason not to hire him as the winner of the show. In the rest of the episode, Rob and Ryan discussed many of eccentricities of the cast shown in tonight's reunion show.  The biggest news of the night was the fight that took place between LaToya Jackson and Omarossa about Latoya's comments about the late Michael Clarke Duncan.  It was a big mystery why Bret Michaels wasn't at the live show.  Plus, giving $100,000 to Lil Jon caused a lot of confusion because it was treated as if Lil Jon had just won the show.  Rob and Ryan also reveal what Stephen Baldwin had been tweeting during the live show. In the task part of the show, Rob and Ryan commented on some of the unlikely celebrities that appeared on the show which included Vincent Pastore, Gilbert Gottfried and even Tim Tebow.  Rob is not thrilled to see the former New York Jet <del datetime="2013-05-20T04:33:07+00:00">QB</del> football player show up to help Trace Adkins win the task.

Saturday Night Live We knew this was going to be a big show this week when it was reported that standout cast member, Bill Hader, was going to be leaving the show after this episode. The news continued to come from 30 Rock as rumors leaked that both Fred Armisen and Jason Sudeikis were also going to be leaving the show. As for the actual episode the show opened with a Keenan Thompson as Al Sharpton discussing the IRS scandal. In the monologue, Ben Affleck discussed being a member of the 5 timers club before rehashing a "controversy" from his Oscar speech with his wife, Jennifer Garner. The highlight of the show came during the much anticipated appearance of Bill Hader's signature character, Stefon. Recapping Kristen Wiig

This week, Kristen Wiig returned to host SNL for the first time. Wiig had only left the show one season ago so we didn't have much time to forget about her on the show. Rob Cesternino and SNL expert, Rich Tackenberg, discuss what worked and what did not work on the latest edition of the SNL Podcast. The general consensus between Rob and Rich is that many of the retread sketches that Kristen Wiig made famous during her time on SNL felt a little tired to see them once again. As predicted last week, We saw another installment of "The Californians" with Wiig reprising her role in the sketch. Kristen Wiig appeared in another dance number on The Lawrence Welk show which also did not resonate with Rob and Rich. However, both Rob and Rich thought this was a strong outing for Wiig as the Target Lady after weekend update. Other than the returning sketches, Rob and Rich did not care for the cold open and thought that the visitors to the update desk were not great in Anthony Crispino and Garth and Kat. Rich liked the Mother's Day commercial for 1-800-flowers and both Rob and Rich thought the sketches at the end of the show were the best sketches of the night. Additionally, Rob and Rich discuss the news that Seth Meyers is going to replace Jimmy Fallon on Late Night. The guys also make predictions on what could be Jason Sudeikis' last show next week.

Rob Cesternino welcomes Todd Herzog, winner of Survivor China back to the podcast for the first time since 2010.  On this show Rob and Todd will break down the events that transpired on this week's Survivor, including Brenda Lowe's tough decision on the family visit reward challenge, Dawn's decision to blindside Brenda and whether Cochran has what it takes to master the jury like Todd did in China. Talking with Todd Herzog Rob starts out with Todd by discussing some of the heat that Dawn Meehan is taking over this last episode.  Rob feels like people are upset with Dawn because she plays the part of a mom but then does the actions that are not consistant with that character.  Todd also feels for Dawn since she is a fellow Utah Survivor player.  Todd also felt bad for Brenda for the way that she went out of the game this week. Rob talks with Todd about his performance with the jury on the Survivor China finale.  Would Cochran be able to survive the onslaught from the jury on Sunday night?  Todd believe that Cochran will be okay but worries that he has become too cocky this season.  Rob thinks Cochran would do particularly well, which is why the other Survivors ought to get rid of him before that point comes up. Nicole on the Podcast Talking with Nicole, Rob starts discussing the abuse that Dawn is taking on twitter right now.  Rob starts a game called "Twitter is Getting out of @Meehand" and asks Nicole to pick out the fake tweets to Dawn from the real ones.  After the game, Rob and Nicole listen to your Survivor voicemail which even includes a few song parodies this week - including "Cochran's Mom" Rob and Nicole also discuss the things the survivor players on twitter regarding the Sprint Fan Favorite of the season.  Also, Rob reads from a list of questions that have been submitted to Jeff Probst before the Survivor Finale on Sunday, May 12th.

Brenda Lowe Survivor Caramoan Exit Interview

After last night's gut-wrenching episode, Rob welcomes Brenda Lowe, who got voted out on Survivor.  In Brenda's exit interview, Rob asks her about her feeling about last night's betrayal, the strategy in the game and the differences between this Brenda and the Brenda from Survivor Nicaragua. Rob starts out by asking Brenda about her feeling about the betrayal by Dawn last night and if it hurt any less last night than when it actually happened? Rob brings up the twist on the reward challenge and asks Brenda if she thought it was fair that she was put in the position of having to choose who got to spend time with their loved ones. Going back to when Brenda saved Dawn's retainer from the water, is Brenda sorry that she did that for Dawn?  Will Brenda help Dawn find her retainer if she loses it again? In the immunity challenge, Brenda decided to let Dawn win immunity.  Was that a mistake to not try and go for immunity at final 6 or does Brenda still think that was a good decision.Rob is interested in knowing whether Brenda ever thought to target Cochran in the game since it seems like nobody is ever coming after him. When Brenda's Dad came to visit, Brenda remarked that her dad told her to remember to "be humble" during the game.  How much did that change the way she played on Survivor Caramoan from the Brenda we saw in Survivor Nicaragua. Brenda looked to have a knee injury during most of the game.  Rob asked about what happened to Brenda's knee and if it was finally starting to feel better during the game.  Finally, Rob asks Brenda if there is anything she wants to let her fans know after watching last night's show.
