In this week's episode, we talk with Jane Ellen Nickell, who is the new chaplain here at Allegheny. Nickell is an ordained United Methodist minister who is currently working on her dissertation at Drew University in the department of religion. She has a master of divinity from Vanderbilt University Divinity School and a bachelor of arts in english from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Nickell has been involved in campus ministry at Marshall University (West Virginia) and at Stevens Institute of Technology (New Jersey). She has also served as an associate pastor for three years with the First United Methodist Church in Huntington, WV.
