Khidja Clouds Society Guestmix - First hour: DJ Ru (Bucharest, Romania)
Back from Bucharest from one of the best gigs I had in ages, I brought back in my suitcase 2 hours of mixes cooked by Andrej and Floris, the 2 young and talented hosts and residents of the incredible Embryo Club,united dj duo playing as Khidja Clouds Society.Believe me these guys are here to stay, they are the future sound of Roumania and beyond.

About Khidja Clouds Society
Starting to play music about 6-7 years ago because and practically developing an almost inexistent music scene in Bucharest, Khidja Clouds Society is a crew consisting of Dj Ru and Dj Flore. They play back to back and spin all sorts of beats ranging from jazz to disco, detroit to latin and whatever sounds interesting.
In december 2003 there was an article in the british magazine "The Face" that praised them and 3 more people that made a difference with their work in Bucharest. Currently playing more at the local hotspot Embryo (www.embryo.ro), a place that looks like the future boogie they spin and has been appreciated by architectural magazines all over the world for it’s spaced-out design, they are also in charge with organising the program, inviting and introducing people like Domu, Mad Mats, Joe90, Yam Who, Philarmonix, Dom Servini, Paul Murphy, Alan Brown, Slope, 7 Samurai / Panoptikum, Dublex Inc. Together with MC Cogeamite Galigan they also developed a broken-hiphop-jazz act, opening up for Dj Vadim(One Self) and Kid Koala.
