He is meant to arrive on a ship with the Druids to celebrate the equinox, but something altogether more terrifying arrives on their shores.

In this second episode of Dead Legion, the plague has moved south. Bearach, a Caledonian warrior and dedicated father and husband, is on trial for the murder of his family. The charges seem ludicrous but he can not remember the last 24 hours. Bearach must defend himself against an apathetic Roman authority or he will lose his head.
