Chapter 154 - The decision to war against King Brian is made. Chapter 155 - King Sigtrygg deal underhandedly with the brothers Brodir and Ospak, as well as Earl Sigurd, in order to gain their support against King Brian. Chapter 156 - Ospak flees and lends his support with King Brian. Chapter 157 - The battle begins. Many die. A Valkyrie's song is sung. Chapter 158 - Kari kills Kol Thorsteinsson, the last of the burners. Chapter 159 - The saga ends with the reconciliation of Flosi and Kari.
Chapter 150 - Kari and Bjorn set up their ambush.Chapter 151 - Fighting ensues and Ketil of Mork is spared. Chapter
152 - Kari and Bjorn flee back to Bjorn's home and face his wife.
Ketil keeps his word and moves Bjorn to a new farm and out of danger. Chapter
153 - Flosi and the Burners make their way to Orkney. After some
difficulty, Flosi becomes part of Earl Sigurd's retinue.
Chapter 146 - The fighting continues. Thorkel Sigfusson loses his life. Chapter 147 - Hall of Sida convinces Flosi to propose a settlement to Thorgeir Skorar-geir. Kari accepts nothing.Chapter 148 - Kari leaves Thorgeir's home to stay with Bjorn the White.Chapter 149 - Flosi and his comrades make plans to leave Iceland. And thus honor their settlement.
